• No dogs are allowed in the parks (except the dog park).  Violators will be fined.

• If you are currently renting your property, please be sure your renters have a copy of the rules.

 

• While children are playing or riding their bikes on the roads, please be sure they are wearing the appropriate safety equipment.

 

• Please observe stop signs for the safety of our children that are playing in the parks.

 

• Special monthly payment contracts can be arranged for those who are having trouble paying their dues.
