Escrow companies interested in a statement on a property can email a request to maycreektreasurer@gmail.com
Statements are generally filled out within 3 days of receiving them. An administrative fee will be charged for title changes and property transfers in the amount of $250.
Upon a property sale, a property transfer form must be completed and submitted to May Creek Club via email to maycreektreasurer@gmail.com.
Annual dues are $200 and are due June 1st of every year. The fiscal year runs June 1 through May 31.
