May Creek Mountain View Tracts is located just east of downtown Gold Bar off of Pickle Farm Rd.  May Creek Club was designed to maintain the Roads and the Parks.  The community consists of about 360 lots, owned by individual property owners.  All lot owners are subject to a $200 annual fee (membership) due June 1st of every year.  This website was created to help out new and current homeowners with contact information, documents you may need, and items concerning the club.  It is up to the homeowners to keep their mailing and contact information current with May Creek Club.  The board members currently meet every month on the third Wednesday through Microsoft Teams at 7 pm.  There is also 2 semi annual meetings for the community in July and February of every year.  All are welcome to attend any meeting but remember you must be current with your dues to be a valid voter at the semi annual meetings.
